I saw a watch on your site last week but now I cannot see it?

Our selection of watches is constantly changing from day to day and the most popular or rare watches sell out quickly. So if you do see a watch you would like to purchase, please do not hesitate or you may be disappointed if you come back and it has sold out. If your watch has sold out, please do contact us at support@watchesbay.co.uk and we will still try and find further stock for you.

We will do our best to find the right watch for you and will confirm with you either way within a few days.

I cannot find the watch I want to purchase?

With millions of watches available and hundreds of manufacturers it is almost impossible to sell every type of watch. We are always adding to our selection, but if you cannot find a particular watch that you are looking for, please contact us at support@watchesbay.co.uk.

We will do our best to find the watch for you and will confirm with you either way within a few days.

Are all the watches brand new?

The majority of our watches are brand new and come packaged in the box with a manual and the full manufacturers warranty. We also sell a few watches which are ex-display models and this is highlighted within the description. Some rare preowned watches (this tends to be for the high-end Swiss watches) which can be highly collectable also feature on our website. Please note that a minority of the watches can be US or Asian continent models so also be aware of this and check the description before purchasing.

How do I know the Amazon payments are genuine?

When you go to the payment gateway to pay for your watch, you will be passed over to our payment merchants Amazon. You will be asked to login to your Amazon account in order to complete your purchase. If you are unsure about this, login to your Amazon account first using a different tab in your browser, then checkout as usual via WatchesBay.co.uk and it will automatically process your payment.

What are my customer rights regarding my purchase?

All issues with any of the products you buy at watchesbay.co.uk are dealt with by Amazon customer services. As an associate of Amazon, they look after all these issues on our behalf. This works extremely well as we know you will be looked after by Amazon and in return Amazon are helping businesses like ourselves to get more business online.

Why do some categories have no watches for sale?

We only have watches on our website that are available for sale? Rather than being a catalogue for every watch, we only show those that you can purchase, so if you see a watch you like, you know you can buy it at watchesbay.co.uk

How do I know my payments are safe?

We use our partner networks for payments to ensure safe transactions every time. Our Retail Partner, Amazon is one of the biggest online marketplaces, so you know your money will be in safe hands. All financial processing takes place via Amazons transaction gateways.

How do I return faulty/damaged watches?

Everything should be sent to you in protective packaging, but if a watch should arrive with you that is damaged or is faulty, you can return it by using the Amazon returns system. Amazon will take care of your returns and either replace the item or provide you with a full refund.

How are your watches so cheap compared to other sites?
